As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a self-motivated and professional Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a key role as their support to the Sales Team will help achieving targets and deadlines.
This is a busy and fast paced Administrator role which would suit someone who has previous sales administration experience. You will make direct contact with customers to answer enquiries and/or resolve order queries so you will need a polite, professional, and confident manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Handle initial enquiries, quotation, order processing, despatch, and after sales service
- Ensuring all relevant Sales Order paperwork is received, and processing of
- Liaising with the Contracts team for approval of orders
- Processing and problem solving of Sales Orders
- Sending a confirmation of receipt of Purchase Order to the customer
- Managing order book dates – liaising with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure dates are correct
- Liaising with production/logistics departments to arrange for timely despatch of goods
- Liaising with other departments to ensure timely preparation of goods, export documentation and working together with freight forwarders and courier services
- Managing internal and external queries relating to customer orders
- Managing order book dates – liaising with Operations, Sales and Finance to ensure dates are correct
- Liaising with Finance regarding payments and pro forma invoices
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience of working with computerised systems essential
- Experience of CRM would be an advantage, but training will be provided
- Be confident using in house systems for quotations
- Able to work on own initiative and take responsibility for meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
- Experience in a sales office environment preferred
- Export Sales experience preferred
