Dalebrook Supplies Ltd is a leading supplier of tableware and display ware to the food industry. With offices and warehouses in UK and China, we distribute products to over 60 countries worldwide.
We are now looking for a bright, confident Customer Service Assistant to join our existing Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will be a people person with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The Customer Service Assistant Role:
We require a strong candidate to assist the Customer Service Team with a variety of day-to-day duties. This is an ideal role to learn the business and to strengthen existing skills with the potential to progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Proactively generate income from our current customers
- Managing all incoming enquiries via email and phone
- Arranging samples and following up on sample feedback
- Taking Verbal Orders
- Managing customer complaints
- Customer care – missing / damaged items, price queries, general customer order queries as well as post-sale follow up
- Looking after pro forma and web orders
- Administratively supporting the sales team
- Coordinating returns and collections
Skills & Experience Required:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Previous experience within a similar customer service role
- Computer literate
- A good team player
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication
